Position Overview
- Lead the site supervision team for a major water transmission pipeline project and act as the Engineer representative in overseeing EPC contractor activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the supervision team.
- Act as primary liaison between Client and EPC Contractor.
- Administer construction contracts and provide technical recommendations.
- Monitor progress, quality and HSE performance.
- Oversee pipeline construction, testing and commissioning.
- Review contractor submissions and reports.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 20 years total experience.
- Experience in pipeline construction projects.
- Experience supervising EPC contractors.
- Consultancy experience preferred.
- UAE/GCC experience desirable.
Preferred Profile
- Chartered Engineer preferred.
- Experience on major UAE utility projects.
