Procurement Officer

We are looking for a Procurement Officer with experience in building construction projects in the UAE to join our team.

Position: Procurement Officer – Civil
Location: United Arab Emirates
Experience Required: Minimum 4–5 years in Building Construction within the UAE

Key Responsibilities:

Handle procurement of civil and construction materials for building projects
Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors
Obtain and compare quotations and prepare purchase orders
Coordinate with project/site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
Maintain supplier database and negotiate pricing and terms
Ensure materials comply with project specifications and quality standards

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 4–5 years of UAE experience in procurement for building construction projects
Strong knowledge of construction materials and supplier networks in the UAE
Good negotiation and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple procurement activities efficiently
