About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager – Sales Assistant to support both project coordination and sales operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in assisting project execution while contributing to client management and sales support activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities and timelines
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and client presentations
- Act as a liaison between clients, sales team, and project execution teams
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely updates to stakeholders
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and records
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and client communications
- Help ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams as needed
- Provide administrative support to both project management and sales functions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in sales support, project coordination, or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of project management principles
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
