About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager – Sales Assistant to support both project coordination and sales operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in assisting project execution while contributing to client management and sales support activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities and timelines
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and client presentations
  • Act as a liaison between clients, sales team, and project execution teams
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely updates to stakeholders
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and records
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and client communications
  • Help ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams as needed
  • Provide administrative support to both project management and sales functions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales support, project coordination, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Basic understanding of project management principles
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
