QUALITY LEAD
Al Joud Healthcare is seeking an experienced Quality Lead to manage
quality initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous
improvement across the organization.
Qualifications, Skills & Competency Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Quality Assurance, or related
  field (advanced degree preferred).
• Experience in quality management and QHSE leadership, preferably in healthcare.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality
  improvement methods.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Leadership and team-building skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
• Certification in Quality Management or Healthcare Quality (eg. CPHQ) is a plus.
