Position : Quality Supervisor
Location: Dubai , United Arab Emirates 📍

We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Supervisor to lead healthcare quality inspection processes, ensure compliance with DHA regulations, and proactively identify and escalate non-compliance issues to minimize regulatory risks and maintain the highest standards of patient care and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate healthcare quality inspection activities.
Monitor compliance with DHA requirements, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards.
Identify, investigate, and escalate non-compliance findings in a timely manner.
Support the implementation of quality improvement initiatives and corrective action plans.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain regulatory compliance.
Assist in risk assessment, quality audits, and compliance monitoring activities.
Prepare reports and recommendations for management regarding quality and compliance performance.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and patient safety.

Qualifications & Requirements
✔ Medical background is mandatory.
✔ Physicians, Pharmacists, Nurses, or Allied Health Professionals are welcome to apply.
✔ Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in healthcare quality, compliance, risk management, accreditation, or related fields.
✔ CPHQ certification, Master’s degree, or formal training in Medical Management, Quality Management, Risk Management, or Compliance is preferred.
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Solid understanding of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and accreditation requirements.
✔ Ability to work effectively in a dynamic healthcare environment.
