Job Description
The first person a patient speaks to decides whether they walk through our door. We want that person to be you.
Symbiosis Medical Centre has looked after families in Dubai Silicon Oasis since 2011. We’re a family-focused boutique clinic, the clinic where we listen. We have new specialist clinics opening this year and new family memberships launching.
This isn’t a sit-behind-the-desk job. You’ll own the enquiries that reach us by phone, WhatsApp, our website and walk-in, and turn them into booked, happy patients. If you’re the kind of person people remember talking to, keep reading.
What you’ll actually do
- Answer every call, WhatsApp and website enquiry within 5 minutes. Speed is how we show people we listen, and you’ll own that promise.
- Get to know what each person actually needs, then book them with the right doctor the first time.
- Welcome patients at the desk with real energy and make sure everyone leaves knowing what happens next.
- Follow up with people who enquired but haven’t booked yet.
- Recommend our patient packages to the people they would genuinely help.
- Work with our marketing team, who bring in enquiries from our social pages and ads.
- Log every enquiry and outcome in our EMR so nothing slips through.
- Support the front desk team with appointments and billing when it’s busy.

What we’re looking for
- Proven sales or customer-facing experience. Healthcare is a bonus, but hospitality, retail or any role where you’ve sold face to face counts.
- Excellent spoken and written English; Arabic or other languages are a strong advantage
- Comfortable with WhatsApp Business and learning new systems
- EMR and billing experience is ideal, but we’ll teach you
- Candidates on their own residence visa preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Full-time, on-site at Cedre Shopping Centre, Dubai Silicon Oasis. Shifts within our 8am–8pm opening hours.
