- Job Purpose
The Receptionist is responsible for creating a professional and welcoming first impression for visitors, customers, and employees. The role serves as the first point of contact for the organization by handling incoming calls, assisting visitors, and ensuring smooth communication and administrative support while adhering to company security procedures.
2. Core Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, determine the purpose of their visit, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer and forward incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
- Take and relay messages accurately when required.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls.
- Confirm appointments and meetings.
- Provide general information about the organization, services, and departments to visitors and callers.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Follow company security procedures, including visitor registration, sign-in processes, and access control requirements.
- Support general administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
Educational Qualifications
- High School Certificate
Experience
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a receptionist, customer service, front desk, or administrative support role.

- Good communication skills in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and manner.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
