Receptionist – Real Estate Trustee Office
We are looking for a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients visiting our Real Estate Trustee Office.
This role is ideal for someone professional, well-organized, and customer-focused. You will play a key role in managing front desk operations, guiding clients through services, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience in a structured, high-standard environment.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Operations & Guest Experience
- Welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage reception area, ensuring it remains organized and presentable
- Direct clients to the correct service counters based on their needs
- Handle walk-ins, appointments, and general inquiries
Customer Service & Guidance
- Assist clients with basic information on real estate services and procedures
- Guide customers on required documents and next steps
- Clearly communicate waiting times and service flow
- Support clients throughout their visit to ensure a smooth experience
Administrative & Support Tasks
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and basic inquiries
- Maintain visitor logs and daily records
- Assist with document collection and basic verification before processing
- Support internal teams with coordination and communication
Service Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all interactions meet customer service standards and company procedures
- Follow operational guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Maintain confidentiality of client information
- Escalate issues, complaints, or delays to management when required
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, receptionist, or front desk roles
- Experience in real estate, banking, or government service centers is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
- Comfortable handling high customer volume
- Basic computer skills (CRM systems, email, scheduling tools)
- Fluency in English required; Arabic is a strong advantage
