Receptionist – Medical Center
 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our medical center. The ideal candidate should have experience in patient reception, billing procedures, appointment coordination, and cross-selling healthcare services. The Receptionist will ensure smooth front-desk operations while providing excellent customer service to patients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
  • Handle patient registration and maintain accurate records.
  • Process billing, payments, insurance verification, and invoices.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries promptly.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments for patient needs.
  • Promote and cross-sell medical packages, wellness programs, and clinic services to patients.
  • Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply with healthcare policies.
  • Assist in daily administrative and clerical tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist in a medical center, clinic, or healthcare facility.
  • Knowledge of medical billing and insurance procedures.
  • Experience in cross-selling healthcare services or packages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinic management systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle patients professionally.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Administration or related field is an advantage.
