Job Summary:

• The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for our company, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and employees.

• The role requires interaction with clients and visitors, addressing complaints, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support along with attending Sales Events, taking Positive Google Reviews and making sure the area is always clean and tidy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.

• Manage appointment scheduling and maintaining a clean and tidy reception area.

• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

• Maintain office supplies and inventory.

• Coordinate with other departments as needed to support daily operations.

• Uphold company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.

Encouraging and guiding clients to share their feedback through Google reviews.

Required Qualifications and Experience Year

· Previous experience as a receptionist is not required.

· Excellent communication and customer service skills.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.

· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency in English is a must.

· Friendly, approachable demeanor and a commitment to excellent customer service.

High school diploma or equivalent required
