Receptionist & Sales Assistant – Luxury Fashion Store | Dubai

We are looking for a dynamic, well-spoken, and customer-focused Receptionist & Sales Assistant to join our team at our new flagship store, Embody.

Location: Jumeirah 3, Dubai

Position: Full-Time

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional in-store experience. You will be responsible for welcoming clients, assisting with sales on the shop floor, and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk and backend.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to clients, ensuring a warm and personalized experience
• Drive sales and support clients in selecting products
• Manage orders, payments, and invoicing
• Support daily operations through efficient inventory coordination and accurate backend administration
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment at all times
• Provide after-sales support and build strong, long-term customer relationships
• Answer calls, manage appointments, and support daily store operations
• Prepare a daily sales report for the management
• Manage and assist during client fittings 
• Ensure all deliveries and packaging of orders are executed to the brand’s high standards
• Manage and prepare all orders while communicating with our internal team to ensure timely production

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
• Confident interacting with clients of diverse nationalities
• Strong sales orientation with the ability to meet and exceed targets
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Previous experience in retail, fashion, hospitality, or front-desk roles is a plus
• Based in Dubai
