Job Title:Recruitment Coordinator

Role Summary

Supports the talent acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for open roles across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Post job advertisements on relevant portals including Nafis, LinkedIn, Indeed etc
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial phone screenings
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate data
  • Assist in maintaining and updating employee records (hard and soft copies).
  • Coordinate with universities and career fairs to source fresh talent

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or Business
  • Fresh candidates with genuine interest in HR or recruitment are encouraged to apply.
  • Attention to detail, organization, and multitasking ability.
  • Bilingual Arabic/English required
