Job Description
- Performs accurate and complete admission assessments
- Monitors and documents the patient’s condition and the effectiveness of care and/or interventions
- Maintains accountability for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating programmes of patient care
- Promotes a patient focused approach to care in collaboration with all relevant health professionals, acting as an ambassador for the Hospital’s clinical and medical services.
