Registered Nurse Aesthetics Gyne – Marina Clinic
The Outpatient Department Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care to patients attending the outpatient facility or clinic. Responsibilities include recording patient histories, performing diagnostic tests, administering medications, and developing patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. The role involves assisting physicians during examinations and procedures, operating and monitoring medical equipment as required, and ensuring the safe and effective delivery of evidence-based care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a high standard of evidence-based care to patients.
- Adhere to Dubai Health Authority guidelines and all relevant regulatory standards.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs on an ongoing basis.
- Provide regular and accurate updates to patients and their relatives, ensuring communication is sensitive and easy to understand.
- Support patients, caregivers, and families by involving them in the care process where appropriate and providing health education to promote healthy lifestyles.
- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times, ensuring dignity, privacy, cultural, and religious beliefs are respected.
- Participate in nursing audits and quality improvement initiatives.
- Uphold principles of infection control and participate in specialist link roles such as infection control, nursing audits, and quality projects, ensuring all staff are kept updated.
Qualifications
- UAE Medical Health Authority License (DHA).
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Has worked in hospital or similar setting for at least 2 years in Gyne
- Proficient in basic computer applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with the ability to manage digital documentation and communication effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, patients, and stakeholders.
