Job Description
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with hospital policies and international best practices.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions and promptly report any changes to the multidisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and health management.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, allied health professionals, and nursing colleagues to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Adhere to infection control, patient safety, and quality standards at all times.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid DOH License or DOH Eligibility Letter.
- Previous nursing experience in one of the following areas:
- Outpatient Department (OPD)
- Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- Long-Term Care / Rehabilitation / Geriatric Care
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Commitment to providing patient-centered care.
