We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our real estate team. The role focuses on building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving property sales, and delivering tailored real estate solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring a seamless end-to-end property buying, selling, or leasing experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, landlords, and buyers
- Understand client needs and provide suitable property options and investment advice
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations
- Maintain an up-to-date database of clients and property listings
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote listings and campaigns
- Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitor activity
- Ensure compliance with local real estate laws and company policies
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 2-5 years of experience in real estate sales or relationship management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market and property regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
