We’re looking for a reliable, customer-focused Retail Cashier to join our frontline team and help us maintain our reputation for excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions quickly and accurately using POS systems, handling cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service—answering questions, resolving minor complaints, and directing customers to products or staff.
- Count and reconcile cash drawer at start and end of shift; report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized checkout area and assist with basic stock replenishment as needed.
- Follow company policies on returns, discounts, and promotional offers to ensure compliance and reduce loss.
- Report any suspicious behavior or security concerns to management promptly.
