Role Description The Sales Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi, responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customers in the data center and IT infrastructure space. This role involves developing and maintaining long-term client relationships, understanding customer needs, and promoting Agrius IT’s TPM, MVS, and lifecycle services to drive revenue growth. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and lead generation, preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals, negotiating contracts and pricing, and coordinating with internal technical and operations teams to ensure successful service delivery. The Sales Account Manager will monitor account performance, follow up on renewals and expansions, and address customer concerns to maintain high levels of satisfaction. The role also includes maintaining accurate CRM records, reporting on sales activities and forecasts, and contributing feedback to improve offerings and go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong account management skills, with experience in maintaining and growing customer relationships in B2B or IT services environments.
- Demonstrated customer satisfaction and customer service abilities, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.
- Proven lead generation and business development skills, with the capability to identify opportunities, qualify prospects, and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Background in IT infrastructure, data centers, or TPM services is highly beneficial; understanding of multi-vendor hardware support is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with comfort working toward targets and deadlines.
- Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
