Job Description
The Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share in the by promoting solutions to customers. The role includes building strong customer relationships, executing sales strategies, and providing product expertise to meet client needs. Key accountabilities include achieving revenue targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining market intelligence.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers (Research labs, Food testing labs, Hospitals, Diagnostics labs, Universities, Pharma companies)
- Coordinate with clients, Partners and internal departments including technical support, customer service, and logistics.
- Gain deep understanding of client requirements & provide solutions.
- Actively promote both new and existing products based on client-specific business needs.
- Plan and maintain optimal inventory levels, aligning with sales forecasts, seasonal trends, and market insights.
- Prepare and send quotations directly to clients based on their specific requirements and market conditions.
- Track and follow up on all submitted Requests for Quotation (RFQs)
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and business development activities.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and market insights to management.
- Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Microbiology/ Any science background
- At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on laboratory consumables, General lab equipment’s, Laboratory reagents ex: Antibodies, Elisa kits, PCR kits.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to business development and customer service.
- A Valid UAE driving license.
