Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Director to lead and manage our real estate sales operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the UAE real estate market, strong leadership capabilities, and in-depth knowledge of brokerage operations, RERA regulations, and property management processes.
The Sales Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, building client relationships, and ensuring compliance with UAE real estate regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company’s real estate portfolio and market presence.
Oversee brokerage operations including property listings, client negotiations, and deal closures.
Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations, Dubai Land Department requirements, and real estate transaction procedures.
Recruit, train, and mentor real estate agents and sales team leaders.
Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activity within the UAE real estate market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, property owners, and key stakeholders.
Supervise property management coordination, documentation, and transaction processes.
Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline analysis for senior management.
Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum 6–8 years of experience in UAE Real Estate Sales.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Sales Team Lead or Sales Manager in the UAE real estate sector.
Strong knowledge of real estate brokerage operations, property sales, and UAE real estate market dynamics.
Excellent understanding of RERA regulations, Dubai Land Department procedures, and real estate documentation.
Knowledge of property management processes and leasing operations.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
RERA certification is highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
Existing network within the UAE real estate industry (developers, investors, brokers).
Experience managing large sales teams in brokerage firms.
Must be available in the UAE.
