About the Role
Azizi Developments is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead and scale our high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience within a real estate developer environment, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering sales targets in the UAE property market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team of 10+ members, ensuring high performance and target achievement.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
- Drive property sales across off-plan and ready projects while maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand within the UAE real estate sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, brokers, and channel partners.
- Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and senior leadership to optimize sales campaigns and lead conversion.
- Set sales targets, track team performance, and ensure consistent achievement of KPIs.
- Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews for the sales team.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with a real estate developer in the UAE is mandatory.
- Minimum 8–12 years of real estate sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience managing a team of 10+ sales professionals.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, off-plan sales, and developer sales processes.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
