Job Description

The Outdoor Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving sales of sanitaryware and hardware products. The role involves visiting project sites, contractors, retailers, and consultants to promote products, secure orders, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction projects, retail outlets, and contractor networks
  • Conduct regular outdoor visits to clients including contractors, plumbers, consultants, and project managers
  • Promote and sell sanitaryware, bathroom fittings, and hardware products
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
  • Coordinate with showroom and warehouse teams for product availability and delivery
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
  • Follow up on inquiries, leads, and pending orders to ensure conversion
  • Ensure timely collection of payments as per company credit policy
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)
  • Minimum 2–5 years of outdoor sales experience in sanitaryware, building materials, or hardware industry
  • Strong knowledge of sanitaryware products, fittings, and hardware items
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
  • Ability to work independently and handle field sales activities
  • Existing network with contractors, builders, and project consultants
  • Understanding of UAE construction and building materials market
