Sales Manager (Real Estate Brokerage)
HBS Real Estate is expanding.
As we continue to grow our brokerage division (Secondary, Off-Plan & Leasing), we are looking for a structured and performance-driven Sales Manager to lead the team, optimize conversion, and strengthen our growth strategy.
This is a leadership opportunity for someone who understands that real estate success is driven by data, discipline, market intelligence and team motivation.
Role Objective
The Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading and developing a team of brokers
- Increasing lead-to-deal conversion ratios
- Ensuring strong CRM discipline and pipeline visibility
- Identifying market trends and new revenue opportunities
- Implementing structured follow-up systems
- Driving accountability and performance culture

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (response time, viewings, offers, closings)
- Audit pipeline leakage and implement corrective strategies
- Track DLD data and market movements
- Identify high-potential areas and projects
- Coach agents on negotiation and closing
- Recruit and upgrade talent when required
- Deliver structured weekly performance reporting
Ideal Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai real estate
- Proven experience managing a producing team
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales analytics
- Market-aware and trend-oriented mindset
- Natural leadership and structured approach
- Solution-oriented and performance-driven
- French speaker is a strong plus
