Sales Manager (Real Estate Brokerage)

HBS Real Estate is expanding.

As we continue to grow our brokerage division (Secondary, Off-Plan & Leasing), we are looking for a structured and performance-driven Sales Manager to lead the team, optimize conversion, and strengthen our growth strategy.

This is a leadership opportunity for someone who understands that real estate success is driven by data, discipline, market intelligence and team motivation.

Role Objective

The Sales Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading and developing a team of brokers
  • Increasing lead-to-deal conversion ratios
  • Ensuring strong CRM discipline and pipeline visibility
  • Identifying market trends and new revenue opportunities
  • Implementing structured follow-up systems
  • Driving accountability and performance culture

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze KPIs (response time, viewings, offers, closings)
  • Audit pipeline leakage and implement corrective strategies
  • Track DLD data and market movements
  • Identify high-potential areas and projects
  • Coach agents on negotiation and closing
  • Recruit and upgrade talent when required
  • Deliver structured weekly performance reporting

Ideal Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai real estate
  • Proven experience managing a producing team
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales analytics
  • Market-aware and trend-oriented mindset
  • Natural leadership and structured approach
  • Solution-oriented and performance-driven
  • French speaker is a strong plus
