Sales Manager (Industry Experience Required)

ELE Interiors is a friendly, boutique Interior Design company committed to delivering outstanding design solutions globally. We are looking for a dedicated Sales Manager to join our team and manage client relationships, drive sales growth, and enhance business development efforts.

This role calls for someone assertive, professional, and presentable, both on the phone and in-person, with a strong ability to work with high-net-worth (HNW) clients. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, confident working independently, and have a solid understanding of sales reporting, document organization, and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to generate new business and meet sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering tailored design solutions.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate CRM documentation.
  • Lead Generation & Networking: Generate new leads through outreach, networking, and market research.
  • Proposals & Negotiation: Prepare sales proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to ensure client expectations are met within timelines and budget.
  • Sales Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular updates on sales performance and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Industry Networking: Represent ELE Interiors at industry events and conferences to increase brand visibility and generate new leads.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in sales administration, preferably in interior design or a related creative/construction field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and general sales processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond promptly to client needs.
