Regional Sales Manager – Africa (Automotive Exports)
Milele is looking for a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our vehicle export business across African markets (East & West Africa).
This role is focused on driving revenue, expanding distribution networks and building strategic relationships across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive export sales growth across assigned African territories
- Develop and expand dealer and distributor networks
- Build strong relationships with government entities and institutional clients
- Identify and pursue tenders, fleet contracts and bulk sales opportunities
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing dynamics
- Provide market intelligence and expansion insights to leadership
- Coordinate with logistics, finance and operations teams for smooth execution
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with clients
- Represent Milele in trade events, business forums, and regional engagements
- Track performance and deliver regular sales reports and strategic recommendations
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and regional requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years of experience in automotive sales, export sales or international markets
- Proven track record in B2B sales and distributor management
- Experience working with African markets (East or West Africa preferred)
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to operate across diverse markets and cultural environments
- Willingness to travel frequently across assigned regions
