Sales Manager (Consumer)
 

JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the market. Supervise sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market to ensure achievement of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Responsible for Target setting by Brand, Category, Customer & salesman to ensure that all staff have clear targets & objectives.
  • Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
  • Manage monthly scheme with the trade & coordinate with Brand Principal.
  • Responsible for the performance and development of the Account Executives and to ensure work efficiency.
  • Manage monthly sales forecast with high accuracy.
  • Coordinate with operation team to ensure procurement & stock holding based on the KPIs.
  • Coordinate with Operation Manager to forecast the orders as per the sales plan.
  • Control credit limit per customer & ensure collection on time.
  • Control Stock ageing as per company policy.

EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent
  • 5-10 years in sales management or marketing management with lubricant background
  • Proven experience and skills in performance management, coaching, team building and presentations.
  • Good commercial acumen and analytical ability
