Job Description

Technical Sales Representative

1base is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to drive the sale of software and automation solutions with a strong focus on the Zoho ecosystem (Zoho CRM, Zoho One, Creator, Analytics, Books, People, and custom integrations).

This role sits at the intersection of consultative sales and technical solutioning. The successful candidate will engage with decision-makers, understand operational and digital transformation challenges, translate them into scalable Zoho-based solutions, and manage the sales cycle from discovery through closure.

This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role suited for candidates who are comfortable selling complex B2B software solutions and working closely with technical delivery teams.


Requirements

Sales & Business Development

•Identify, qualify, and develop new B2B sales opportunities for Zoho-based solutions
•Lead consultative sales conversations with C-level executives, founders, and department heads
•Own the full sales cycle: discovery, solution design, proposal, negotiation, and closing
•Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue KPIs

Solution Consulting

•Conduct structured requirements discovery sessions to understand business processes and pain points
•Translate business requirements into high-level technical solutions within the Zoho ecosystem
•Collaborate with internal technical teams to validate solution feasibility and scope
•Present solution architectures, demos, and value propositions to clients.
Zoho Ecosystem Focus

•Sell Zoho One implementations, CRM customizations, Creator applications, integrations, and managed services
•Position Zoho as a strategic platform for automation, scalability, and digital transformation
•Stay current with Zoho product updates, licensing models, and best practices

Proposal & Commercial Management

•Prepare and present proposals, scopes of work, and pricing models
•Support contract discussions and ensure commercial alignment with delivery capabilities
•Maintain accurate pipeline data, forecasts, and client records in CRM

Client Relationship Management

•Build long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
•Support handover to delivery teams and remain involved during early implementation phases
•Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
