Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to lead our Sales Team in Abu Dhabi. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of agents specializing in ready and resale properties, driving sales performance, and ensuring targets are consistently met.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UAE Real Estate market, proven leadership capabilities, and a passion for results. You will play a key role in managing the sales process, developing strategies for client acquisition and retention, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the resale market
- Monitor market trends, property values, and client needs to optimize performance
- Maintain a high level of client service and satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and coaching sessions
- Coordinate with marketing and listing teams to ensure strong property visibility
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and investors
Requirements
-Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales, with 1–2 years in a leadership role.
-Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue
-Deep understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market
-Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
-Leadership skills with experience in motivating and managing a team
