Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Dubai. The Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting eyewear, conducting licensed vision tests, and providing personalized service. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales transactions, maintaining product displays, and keeping up-to-date with new products and trends. Additionally, the Salesperson will work closely with our partner networks to ensure a seamless experience for insurance-supported purchases.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, and POS transactions
• Knowledge of eyewear products and vision tests
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide personalized customer service and build client relationships
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in using software for sales and inventory management
• Prior experience in the optical industry is a plus
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in optometry or a related field is beneficial
