Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a School Admissions Officer at Elite Private School in Abu Dhabi. The School Admissions Officer will manage the admissions process by guiding prospective families from initial inquiry to enrollment. Responsibilities include providing detailed information about the school, assisting with application procedures, conducting tours, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate admissions records. The role requires liaising with multiple stakeholders, answering inquiries, and delivering excellent customer service to prospective students, parents, and guardians.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
• Experience and understanding of International Admissions processes and guidelines
• Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong knowledge of ADEK and ESIS process
• A background in Customer Service with a focus on providing positive experiences
• Knowledge of Education systems and policies, with a passion for academic environments
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage documentation and processes effectively
• Flexibility, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work in a diverse international setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
