Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Senior Account Executive to own revenue generation across insurance and healthcare accounts in the GCC. This is a hybrid hunting role — you’ll work with a significant volume of partner-sourced inbound, but you’re also expected to build pipeline yourself through your network, industry events, and direct outreach.
If you’ve spent years building relationships with the right people at GCC insurers, health networks, or government health authorities, that network is a core part of what we’re hiring for.
This is an individual contributor role for someone who knows how to sell complex technology into regulated environments and doesn’t need to be handed leads to be productive.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and convert partner-sourced inbound opportunities from qualification to close
- Generate pipeline through your own network, industry events, and targeted outreach into insurance and healthcare accounts across the GCC
- Run structured discovery to uncover business challenges, technical landscape, budget, decision authority, and timelines
- Qualify hard against ICP — protect the team’s time and move fast on strong fits
- Work with partners on referral pipelines, joint sales motions, and co-selling
- Translate ambiguous client needs into clear scopes, proposals, and pricing structures
- Maintain clean CRM records, accurate forecasts, and complete handovers to Delivery post-close
- Monitor early project delivery to catch scope drift before it becomes a problem
What We’re Looking For
- 4–7 years in B2B technology sales, ideally SaaS, AI, or automation
- Proven track record winning business within insurance and/or healthcare accounts in the GCC — this is the critical requirement
- An established network of relevant contacts across GCC insurers, health networks, TPAs, or government health authorities
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in regulated environments
- Demonstrated ability to self-source pipeline — through events, relationships, and direct outreach
- Strong consultative selling skills; able to lead discovery and structure proposals independently
- Commercial instincts around pricing, negotiation, and value framing
- Fluency in English; Arabic a strong advantage
Preferred:
- Experience with channel or strategic partnerships in the region
- Structured sales methodology (MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN)
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot or Salesforce)
