Position Title: Senior Accountant

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified, experienced, and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our Finance team within a healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong accounting expertise, high integrity, and the ability to ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with hospital policies and UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and review daily accounting transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in line with hospital standards.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes.
• Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audit activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 5–7 years of accounting experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification (CPA / ACCA / CMA) is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and UAE financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting systems and MS Excel.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
