Position Overview

The Graphic Designer will create engaging, brand-aligned content across digital, print, and multimedia platforms, with a strong focus on sales collateral such as brochures, presentations, fact sheets, proposals, and other client-facing material.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design Support

  • Create graphics and visuals for digital and print materials, including brochures, presentations, fact sheets, proposals, social media, email banners, and website assets.
  • Develop design concepts and layouts based on project requirements and feedback.
  • Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines and visual identity.

Content Adaptation and Resizing

  • Adapt and resize existing designs for different platforms and formats.
  • Ensure visuals maintain quality, clarity, and consistency across all sizes.
  • Prepare and optimize design files for both digital and print production.

Collaboration and Learning

  • Collaborate with senior designers and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver creative solutions.
  • Stay updated on new design tools, techniques, and industry trends.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
  • Be open to feedback and continuously develop design skills.

Quality Control and File Management

  • Review designs to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Organize and maintain design files for easy access and consistency.
  • Ensure final files are properly prepared for delivery and production.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant graphic design experience.
  • Experience creating sales and marketing collateral.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of digital and print design, typography, and layout.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creative, collaborative, and open to feedback.
  • Motion graphics or video editing skills are an advantage.
