Job Description

ROLE PURPOSE:

To deliver best-in-class visual communication and brand expression across all consumer touchpoints for all growth brands like Chicken Tikka, Wimpy & Malak Al Tawouk for UAE, Kuwait & Saudi markets. The Graphic Designer will bring growth brands to life through compelling, consistent, and culturally relevant creative output that resonates with consumers in the relevant markets and supports brand growth and engagement. This role supports both day-to-day creative needs and larger campaigns across digital, in-store, and delivery channels.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Develop high-quality visual content for digital, social media, print, packaging, and in-store marketing in alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Translate campaign briefs into compelling creative assets that resonate with local consumers.
  • Work closely with marketing team and external agencies to support 360° campaigns and seasonal launches.
  • Own the creative adaptation of regional campaigns for the local markets (Kuwait/UAE).
  • Deliver creative for in-store materials, including menus, promotional posters, tent cards, POS, and tray liners.
  • Assist in content creation for aggregators (Home Delivery platforms), including banners, offers, and UX visuals.
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity across platforms and mediums.
  • Keep up to date with design trends and local cultural cues to stay relevant with target audiences.
  • Manage and maintain visual asset libraries for both brands.

JOB CONTEXT & MAJOR CHALLENGES:

  • Balancing design quality with quick turnaround requirements, especially for LSM and promotions.
  • Managing creative consistency across two brands with distinct identities.
  • Adapting brand assets for multiple formats, languages (Arabic/English), and platforms.
  • Working within tight timelines and campaign deadlines with limited resources.

COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

Internal:

  • Marketing (daily)
  • Operations (as needed for in-store visuals)
  • Procurement / Print Vendors (frequent)

External:

  • Freelancers, content creators (as needed)
  • Creative agencies (for campaign alignment)

FRAMEWORKS, BOUNDARIES & DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY:

  • Operates within brand and campaign frameworks approved by the Marketing Manager.
  • Makes daily creative decisions independently within brief, escalates major visual direction decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

Experience:

  • 4-6 years of graphic design experience, ideally in F&B, retail, or agency settings.

Technical Skills:

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus)
  • Digital design for social, aggregators, and e-commerce
  • Print production knowledge
