Senior Motion Graphics + Gen AI Designer

Client Introduction

In this role, you will collaborate closely with one of our esteemed clients—a global leader in their industry, recognized for their commitment to quality, innovation, and excellence. They have partnered with Dautom as their trusted IT consulting provider for upcoming strategic initiatives.

We are seeking a highly skilled Motion Graphics + Gen AI Designer to lead the creation of dynamic, visually stunning motion content. The ideal candidate will bring creative storytelling, strong design sensibility, and advanced animation expertise to bring our brand and campaigns to life through impactful visuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualization & Design
• Develop creative concepts and visual styles aligned with campaign objectives and brand identity.
• Translate ideas into engaging animations, video compositions, and interactive content using motion graphics and AI.
• Create storyboards, style frames, and motion studies to communicate visual direction.
• Execution & Production
• Design and animate high-quality graphics, typography, transitions, and visual effects for social media, digital advertising, events, presentations, and internal communications.
• Create visually polished 2D and 3D motion graphics, typography animations, logo reveals, and visual effects.
• Work closely with video editors, copywriters, and designers to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.
• Build animated content for digital screens, sales centres, social media, exhibitions, and website experiences.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
• Collaboration
• Partner with marketing, brand, and production teams to develop integrated campaign visuals.
• Collaborate with external agencies and vendors when required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Motion Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 5-7 years of professional experience in motion design, preferably in a creative agency, brand, or media production environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing advanced motion design and Gen. AI work across different media formats (2D, 3D, mixed media).

Technical Skills

• Expert in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Cinema 4D (or equivalent 3D software) for camera movements, environmental animations, and simple modelling
• Strong video editing and color grading skills.
• Proficiency with sound design integration and video compositing.
• Experience working with architectural renders, drone footage, and CGI integrations.
• Familiarity with UI motion, AR/VR motion, or kinetic typography is a plus.
• Understanding of branding, storytelling, and visual hierarchy.
