We are looking for a results-driven Paid Media Manager to lead our global performance marketing efforts. This role will be responsible for driving efficient user acquisition at scale, with a strong focus on eFTD growth, net profit optimization, and ROI-positive scaling.

Responsibilities
- Growth & Performance Ownership
- Own paid acquisition performance (Paid eFTD, new user net profit, ROI)
- Scale investment while maintaining positive ROI
- Optimize full funnel: impression ā registration ā deposit ā trading
- Paid Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop strategies across Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.
- Optimize creatives, targeting, bidding, landing pages
- Explore new growth channels
- Data, Attribution & Optimization
- Build data-driven frameworks
- Improve attribution (MMP, CUID mapping)
- Ensure accurate tracking and analysis
- Budget & ROI Management
- Manage large budgets efficiently
- Improve ROI and payback
- Set clear performance targets
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with product, growth, brand, and regional teams
- Align with overall growth strategy
- Team Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing team
- Manage agencies and vendors
Qualifications
- 8+ years in performance marketing
- Experience in crypto/fintech preferred
- Strong ROI and scaling experience
- Familiar with attribution and data analysis
- Experience managing large budgets
- Strong ownership mindset
- Strong industry network and access to high-quality resources (e.g., media channels, agencies, KOLs, or strategic partners) is a plus
