- Company setup in Dubai
..and we’re building an international-level sales team.
- We need a real coach (not a theorist) who can:
- Build teams. Train them. Fix them. Deliver real results.
What You’ll Do
- Design and run sales training systems (from beginner to elite closer)
- Hands-on coaching for high-ticket sales (six-figure AED packages)
- Daily team coaching: call reviews, script fixes, conversion optimization
Train on:
- Investment in Dubai
- Business buying & selling
- Real estate investment
- Build KPIs, pipelines, and sales tracking systems
- Work directly with leadership to grow the team and revenue
Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable)
- Don’t waste your time or ours if you lack:
- Real experience in the Dubai market (mandatory)
- Proven high-ticket sales track record (real numbers, not stories)
Background in:
- Investment / business sales / real estate
- Experience training or coaching sales teams
- Ability to step in and close deals yourself (not just talk)
Deep understanding of:
- Lead conversion
- Negotiation
- Closing
- Team building and sales team management skills
