About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Videographer who thinks in formats before they pick up a camera. You’re not someone who shoots content and then figures out where it goes, you understand the platform before the shoot, the edit before the brief, the hook before the caption.

You’ll own the end-to-end production of social-native content across our campaigns and content from shoot planning and on-the-ground filming to edit and delivery. You work fast, you work to a standard, and you know the difference between content that performs and content that just gets posted.

It’s a hands-on role. You’ll produce content social-first, and adapt it for other channels like retail screens, ads and the website, owning the craft and the quality of everything you deliver.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Shoot and edit campaign content that reflects the brand’s identity, not just its product.
  • Work with models and athletes across campaigns, product drops, and brand events.
  • Build content with social as the primary channel – think Instagram first.
  • Translate campaign assets into social-ready formats without losing the quality or the feel, then adapt them for retail and web.
  • Develop shot lists, visual treatments, and production plans in collaboration with the Creative Lead.
  • Own your post-production pipeline from raw files to final exports, color-graded and delivery-ready.
  • Handle sound design and audio treatment as part of the edit, not as an afterthought.
  • Build and maintain a consistent visual language that carries across all brand outputs.
  • Stay close to cultural and visual trends without chasing them, know when to lead and when to follow.
  • Contribute to creative briefs and bring visual ideas to the table from day one.

About You

  • 5+ years of professional experience in content production for social media, filmmaking, or photography.
  • Strong portfolio that shows visual consistency, brand understanding, and range, not just technical skill.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, and Photoshop.
  • Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve for colour grading and finishing.
  • Sound design and audio editing capability, music selection, mixing, and sync.
  • Graphic design literacy, understands typography, composition, and layout well enough to apply them.
  • Aesthetic point of view, a perspective, not just a technique.
  • Cultural awareness, you follow the world, not just the industry, and know what is moving before it peaks.
  • Social fluency, you understand how content lives on Instagram, and shoot for each without making three different things.
  • Attention to detail that does not slow you down thorough and fast.
  • Self-direction, take a brief, ask the right questions, and come back with something better than expected.

Nice To Have

  • Experience with fitness, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
  • Motion graphics and basic animation.
  • Experience shooting athletes and performance-based subjects in movement.
  • Understanding of product photography and e-commerce asset creation.
