• Assist in developing and executing personal branding strategies for company leadership.
• Possess working knowledge of basic graphic design and video editing to develop engaging creatives, reels, presentations, and multimedia content aligned with brand objectives.
• Create compelling, engaging, and high-quality content that reflects the brand’s voice and vision.
• Plan, organize, and manage content calendars to ensure consistent communication.
• Research industry trends, audience behavior, and content opportunities to develop fresh ideas.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency across all digital communications.
• Monitor content performance, analyze engagement metrics, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Support campaign planning and contribute innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, content strategies, and best practices.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in social media management, personal branding, content creation, or a related field.
• Basic designing & editing skills  using software like Canva, Instagram-edits, CapCut, etc..
• Strong content writing, storytelling, and creative thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude with a passion for learning, creativity, and continuous improvement.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
