Job Description
About the Role
We’re looking for a talented storyteller to own organic social media across a portfolio of ten-plus restaurants and hospitality venues. This is a role for someone who thinks in narratives, not just posts — who understands that the best hospitality content doesn’t feel like marketing, it feels like an invitation.
You’ll sit within the central marketing team, reporting into our Marketing Managers, and work closely with venue teams and photographers to keep each brand’s social presence alive, consistent, and worth following.
What You’ll Do
- Own the organic social strategy and content output across Instagram, TikTok, and relevant platforms for multiple venue brands
- Develop and maintain a distinct storytelling voice for each venue — you’ll be working across different concepts, audiences, and aesthetics
- Plan and execute content shoots with in-house and freelance photographers, briefing effectively and ensuring deliverables are on-brand
- Build and manage monthly content calendars aligned to each venue’s programming, seasonal moments, and campaign activity
- Write captions and copy that reflect each brand’s personality — no generic hospitality filler
- Edit and publish short-form video content including reels and TikToks
- Monitor performance, identify what’s working, and feed insights back to the Marketing Managers
- Manage community engagement across venue channels — responding to comments and DMs with speed and brand-appropriate tone
- Stay ahead of platform trends and proactively bring relevant ideas to the team
What We’re Looking For
- 2 to 4 years of experience in social media or content, with a strong focus on organic — ideally within hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle
- A portfolio that shows range: you can make a beach club feel aspirational and a neighbourhood restaurant feel warm, and they don’t look the same
- Strong copywriting instincts — short-form, punchy, and tailored to context
- Comfortable shooting on mobile and editing short-form video independently
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple brand calendars simultaneously without losing the detail
- A genuine interest in food, drink, and hospitality culture — this comes through in the work
- Based in Dubai, with the ability to be present across venues for shoots and activations
How You’ll Work
You report into the Marketing Managers and operate as the day-to-day engine of organic content across the portfolio. You are not a junior assistant — you own your channels and your output. You bring ideas, you execute with precision, and you flag problems before they become problems.
What This Is Not
This is not a paid media role. It is not a brand strategy role. It is for someone who genuinely loves the craft of social storytelling and wants to do it exceptionally well across a high-quality hospitality portfolio.
