Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Social Media Executive to join the CEO’s team and drive the company’s and the CEO’s digital presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing content strategies across YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and other relevant channels. This role requires a strong understanding of personal branding, social media analytics, content optimization, YouTube SEO, podcast promotion, and paid social advertising.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute organic social media strategies across LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Own the publishing, scheduling, optimization, and performance of content across the CEO’s personal social media channels.
- YouTube channel management, including content publishing, SEO optimization, metadata management, audience retention analysis, and channel growth initiatives.
- Podcast distribution, promotion, and audience growth across YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and podcast streaming platforms.
- Repurpose long-form podcast and video content into platform-specific formats, including Shorts, Reels, LinkedIn videos, carousels, and social posts.
- Develop platform-specific content strategies to maximize reach, engagement, watch time, and audience growth.
- Collaborate with designers & editors to ensure content is optimized for each platform before publication.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on social media and content performance and provide actionable insights.
- Track key performance metrics including views, watch time, engagement rate, follower growth, etc.
- Stay up to date with platform trends, algorithm updates, content formats, and social media best practices.
- Engage with audiences across platforms by monitoring comments, messages, and relevant conversations to strengthen community engagement
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Media, or a related field.
- 3+ years of social media management experience, UAE experience is preferred.
- Proven experience managing executive or personal branding accounts is highly desirable.
- Experience managing YouTube channels, podcasts, and multi-platform social media campaigns.
- Experience with paid social advertising across major platforms.
Non-Negotiable Skills / Must-Haves
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok algorithms,
- Excellent content planning, scheduling, and campaign management skills.
- Proficiency with scheduling and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
- Hands-on experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Expertise in YouTube Studio, analytics, audience retention, CTR optimization, and channel growth.
- Experience in publishing and scaling podcast content across multiple platforms.
- Understanding of short-form video trends and optimization techniques for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok.
- Ability to write compelling hooks, titles, captions, and calls-to-action.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Professional, mature, and confident personality suitable for working directly with senior leadership.
