We’re expanding—and we’re looking for an exceptional Specialist Dermatologist to help lead the next phase of our growth.

At Bloom+, we believe outstanding clinical care and commercial success go hand in hand. We’re seeking a dermatologist who is passionate about delivering excellent patient outcomes while building a thriving dermatology practice within our multidisciplinary clinic.

What we’re looking for:
✔ DHA License or Eligibility as a Specialist Dermatologist
✔ Minimum 5 years’ experience (UAE experience preferred)
✔ Strong expertise in both medical and aesthetic dermatology
✔ Experience with injectables, chemical peels, skin rejuvenation, and other advanced aesthetic procedures
✔ Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
✔ A proactive, business-minded professional who enjoys growing a practice—not simply filling appointment slots

What you’ll be doing:
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatological conditions
• Deliver advanced aesthetic treatments with exceptional patient care
• Build and grow our dermatology service line
• Drive patient acquisition, retention, and treatment acceptance
• Collaborate with our marketing team on educational content, campaigns, and community engagement
