Store Associate (Mobile)
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the sales strategy within the Store
  • Work as per daily plan and achieve the pre decided sales targets
  • Ensure maximum up-selling, Extended warranty and cross selling
  • Assist the customers in their buying process and maximize the conversion
  • Provide technical product information and demonstration which help them make informed purchases and support in doing configuration of the buying unit
  • Facilitate a pleasant and hassle free experience for customers and resolve customer complaints effectively within the specified SOPs
  • Manage shelf space to drive efficiency and achieve targeted sales
  • Support the VM team to ensure that merchandise is stacked on shelves as per the VM guidelines while ensuring maximum utilization of the available space
  • Adhere to the guidelines (SOPs) to achieve efficiency
  • Follow all standard operating procedures for activities such as customer returns, exchange, price discounts etc.
  • Execute the sales promotion activities and campaigns in coordination with Store Manager
  • Maintain the stock accuracy in the Storeand update physical stock in the Storeand that in the system
  • Merchandise dusting of entire section and section readiness in terms of product alignment as per SOP
  • Stay abreast of the latest product features and quality norms as well as promotional programs relevant to the assigned category, in order to better serve the customers.
  • Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations

Experience and skills:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in electronics (Mobile phone sales) or technology products.
  • Strong understanding of electronic products and ability to explain technical features clearly.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven.
