Overview Of The Role

Own the store like it’s your business. As Store Manager, you drive sales, profitability, and team performance while delivering a standout customer experience. You set the pace, lead from the front, and build a team that performs, grows, and wins together.

What You Will Do

Sales & Profitability

• Take full ownership of store performance across sales, conversion, payroll, and shrink
• Drive results through clear, actionable commercial strategies
• Track performance daily and act fast to close gaps and maximize opportunities
  

Operational Effectiveness

• Run a tight operation—stock, systems, and standards always on point
• Protect company assets through disciplined inventory and loss prevention control
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and operational procedures
  

People Development / HR

• Build a strong team—hire smart, develop consistently, retain top talent
• Coach with intent: elevate selling skills, product knowledge, and accountability
• Keep the team aligned and energized through clear, regular communication
  

Customer Experience / Sales

• Set the standard for a high-energy, customer-first environment
• Lead on the floor—engage, sell, and support your team in real time
• Deliver impactful visual merchandising and maintain a store that looks and feels exceptional
  

What you will need:

• High school education or equivalent preferred
• 1–2 years’ experience as a Store Manager with a track record of results
• Experience building and developing high-performing teams
• Strong command of business English (written and verbal)
• Solid systems and reporting capability (Outlook, Excel, SAP)
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills
