Supply Chain Excellence Executive – Logistics & Supply Chain

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation, usage, and optimization of the newly deployed Oracle Demand Planning Cloud System.
  • Support the development and validation of Supply Chain Excellence policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with business units to ensure adherence to inventory strategies and planning methodologies.
  • Provide support for the implementation and maintenance of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
  • Assist in logistics network design, enhancement initiatives, and related implementation tasks.
  • Monitor supply chain performance against established KPIs and SLAs and prepare detailed reports for management review.
  • Participate in the development and execution of supply chain transformation plans, ensuring alignment with digitalization goals.
  • Support the standardization and integration of supply chain business processes across the organization.
  • Identify areas for improvement and contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing supply chain activities across the Group.
  • Track progress and provide updates on supply chain improvement projects.
  • Ensure proper documentation of processes to maintain compliance and consistency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 years or more of experience in supply chain, with exposure to demand planning and logistics processes preferred.
  • Familiarity with automated supply chain systems; experience with Oracle Demand Planning Cloud System is a strong advantage.
  • Basic understanding of demand planning, inventory management, and logistics principles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Preferred Skills:

  • Project Management experience
  • Certification in supply chain or inventory management (e.g., APICS, CPIM) is beneficial.
