Job Summary
As Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will support the Talent Acquisition function with end-to-end recruitment activities across all EatX brands. You will help manage recruitment data and talent trackers, coordinate interviews and trial shifts, support candidate communication and ensure a consistent and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain recruitment master data and talent trackers
- Post job openings across approved job boards and social media channels
- Screen applications and shortlist candidates in line with role requirements
- Coordinate interviews and trial shifts with hiring managers and venues
- Manage candidate communication and follow-up throughout the recruitment process
- Ensure consistent application of the Eatx employer brand across recruitment touchpoints
What We Are Looking For
Ability to manage multiple roles, candidates and stakeholders
Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience within the hospitality industry
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Strong communication and organizational skills
