About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced International Recruiter with a strong background in real estate hiring within the UAE market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and hiring high-performing international talent to build and expand our real estate teams at Nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for international candidates in the UAE real estate sector
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for roles such as Property Consultants, Senior Consultants, and Managers
  • Develop and execute strategies to attract top international real estate talent
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on experience, skills, and cultural fit
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates from different countries
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and timelines
  • Handle offer negotiations and onboarding processes for international hires
  • Stay updated with UAE real estate hiring trends and market insights

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter with a focus on UAE real estate hiring
  • Strong network of international real estate candidates
  • Experience in hiring for roles like Property Consultants, Brokers, and Sales Managers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
  • Familiarity with international recruitment processes and relocation coordination

Preferred Candidate:

  • Candidates with experience in international hiring campaigns
  • Background in recruitment agencies or real estate companies in the UAE
  • Multilingual candidates are a plus
