Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
  • Post vacancies across relevant platforms and attract qualified candidates
  • Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
  • Work closely with HR manager to understand staffing needs
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines
  • Organized, proactive, and target-oriented mindset
  • Experience using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn is an advantage
