Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Post vacancies across relevant platforms and attract qualified candidates
- Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Work closely with HR manager to understand staffing needs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
Requirements:
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines
- Organized, proactive, and target-oriented mindset
- Experience using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn is an advantage
