Key Responsibilities:
- Make calls to qualify leads.
- Working on fresh marketing leads and secondary data.
- Promote real estate offerings and convert leads into opportunities.
- Maintain and update client information using CRM tools.
- Follow up with clients to build lasting relationships and close deals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of telesales experience in real estate.
- Professional English communication skills (both verbal and written), with clear pronunciation
- Experience of working with CRM systems (Bitrix) and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to handle calls gracefully and maintain a positive attitude.
- Multilingual candidates preffered.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.
