Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Dubai, UAE. The Video Editor will plan, edit, and assemble video content for marketing, property showcases, social media, and promotional campaigns, ensuring consistent visual style and brand messaging. Daily tasks include collaborating with marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements, organizing raw footage, applying transitions, sound, and basic effects, and preparing versions optimized for different platforms. The role also involves color grading, integrating motion graphics and property information overlays, and maintaining an efficient, well-organized asset library. The Video Editor will contribute creative ideas to enhance audience engagement and help refine video storytelling for real estate campaigns.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production for marketing, social media, and property-focused content.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent and high-quality visual output.
- Capability in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging titles, overlays, and visual elements.
- Experience with industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).
- Understanding of social media platforms and video formats used in real estate marketing.
- Attention to detail, strong sense of visual storytelling, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in real estate, architecture, or lifestyle video content is an advantage.
